Refund policy
Refunds:
We will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Just in case, worn, damaged, or laundered items cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping Fee: A fee of $7.95 is charged for each item returned from the US, which is non-refundable.
Canada and International Customers: Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return labels.

Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please use the original box and packaging materials, if available, and include the completed returns section from the packing slip in your package.

Return Requirements:
Please note: All items are inspected upon return. If an item returned to us (even within 30 days of purchase) does not meet the below requirements, you will not receive a refund:
Products returned without original tags attached.
Products showing wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.
Hosiery purchases that no longer have the hygienic liner attached and the reusable pouch not included with the return.
Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.
Items listed as final sale at the time of purchase.

Items not purchased on myidealine.com. (For purchases made through a retail store, please return to the original place of purchase.)
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, please return the original item using our standard return process. Once your return is accepted, place a separate purchase for the new item.
If you would prefer another size or color, you can process a free direct exchange using our easy return tool here! Your new item will be shipped once your return is processed.
IMPORTANT - For Multiple Item Returns or Exchanges:
When returning or exchanging several items from a single order, please consolidate all items into one package and affix a single return label to it. This ensures that the returned items correspond with the provided label, facilitating a correct refund once processed. To optimize efficiency and minimize costs, we advise using one return label per order, allowing for a single return fee even when multiple items are included.
For returns involving items from different orders, please initiate a separate return for each order. Use the respective return label for each item, ensuring they are packaged with their matching label. Incorrect packaging or labeling may result in the improper processing of your return and affect the refund amount. Be aware that a return shipping fee will be applied to each order's return, even if multiple orders are returned together. Exchanges, however, will not incur this fee.
First-time exchanges:
Shipping is free for first-time exchanges. For subsequent exchanges, a shipping fee of $7.95 will be applied.
Eligibility:
Items eligible for exchange must be unworn. Worn items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Timing:
Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Price Adjustments:
Exchanged items will be subject to the pricing listed on our website at the time of the exchange request.
Processing:
Timeframe: Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your exchange.
Return Approval: Once an exchange is approved, the item must be returned to us within 14 days.
Notification:
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. We will also inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed as stated above.
